Before we start any projects and do any types of work on your behalf, we need your approval to proceed as a confirmation that you agree that the project can begin. Payment, in the form and conditions agreed upon, will be considered as your confirmation for us to proceed with the work, if credits are required at this stage. Otherwise, such approval must be given in writing, by email or letter, no project will start until we obtain approval.
05. WARRANTY AND OWNERSHIP
Each project we create and send to each client has a pre-determined guarantee for reviews, considerations, approval, completion and delivery of work. After this period, the client is solely responsible for the works delivered, as we can no longer assume responsibility for files, images, arts, data and other information due to the storage cost generated.
The ownership of the project resulting from the work performed ( final art ) belongs to the client, who is also responsible for all the information that is on the site.
We reserve the right to retain editable matrices, preserving and safeguarding the processes, techniques and resources used in the production of artistic, graphic or editorial work.
06. PAYMENT
Before any activity, it is necessary to make an advance payment in the amount and in the previously agreed form, which will work as a security measure for the artistic, technical and human resources employed.
The standard advance will be a minimum of 50% of the total project cost, unless the offer defines a lower or higher percentage of advance depending on the size, type and urgency of the project, or the payment method is credit card. credit or other means that allows the customer to pay the total amount in installments and COREWDESIGN to receive the fair and due amounts. We will use our right and legal means to claim interest and penalties provided for by law, in the event of default.
Work started, all amounts paid to COREWDESIGN | AURICÉLIO CUSTODIO | ASC SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES, are non-refundable, with exceptions in case the amount paid represents less than 25% of the total amount and the project has not consumed more than 25% of the resources and time foreseen in its schedule.
The down payment is considered as your intention to continue working with us, making the delivery of the works by COREWDESIGN mandatory, as well as the residual payment due by the applicant.
07. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
COREWDESIGN does not want to receive confidential information through its website, and to classify the information as confidential it is necessary to sign a confidentiality agreement where everything will be clearly defined. The COREWDESIGN studio will fully support everyone regarding the protection of personal rights, right to privacy, property and intellectual property.
08. USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND DISCLAIMER
There is no charge for accessing the website, unless there is a purchase of the products and services offered, with their values, conditions and deadlines defined. You access the website at your own risk. Our services are intended exclusively for adults and financially responsible persons. Your access to the website may be disabled, limited or terminated at any time if we notice any abuse of the website by you.
